Rigs

Rigs, end tackle

This is a beginners’ guide to some of the more popular rigs to build for shore, boat, pike and coarse fishing. I haven’t added measurements etc as most rigs are open to interpretation. There are many factors that dictate the fine-tuning of end-rigs such as species sought, weather conditions encountered and venues of choice. Please use this as a basic guide to rig construction, and adapt or alter as you feel fit depending on your own local marks and species.
